3. Intellectual Property
• Client Designs: You retain ownership of any designs or artwork provided by you.
• Our Designs: We retain ownership of any designs or artwork created by us.
• License: By providing us with your design or approving our design, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce and use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Order Process
1. Quotation: We will provide a detailed quotation based on your specifications.
2. Approval: You must approve the final design before production begins.
3. Fitting: Where fitting is included, we will schedule a convenient time.
4. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages or losses arising from our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the products or services.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of our products or services.

7. Complaints
In the unfortunate event whereby, a client is dissatisfied with our product, then we ask the client to notify us immediately of the nature of the problem, either verbally, or in writing, and within seven days of receipt, to enable us to attempt to rectify the problem to everyone’s satisfaction.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
